We are growing our business development team and are looking for an organized and proactive Partnerships Coordinator to support the development and management of strategic business relationships.

About the Role

As a Partnerships Coordinator, you will support CareerSwift's partnership activities by researching potential partners, coordinating communication, maintaining partnership information, and helping manage ongoing initiatives.

You will work with the Business Development, Marketing, and other teams to identify partnership opportunities and help turn them into successful collaborations.

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys communication, research, and relationship building and wants to develop experience in business development and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Research potential partners and identify organizations that may benefit from working with CareerSwift.

• Support outreach and communication with prospective and existing partners.

• Maintain accurate partnership records, contacts, activities, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate meetings, calls, and partnership-related activities.

• Assist with preparing presentations, proposals, and other partnership materials.

• Work with internal teams to coordinate partnership initiatives and deliverables.

• Track partnership activities and help prepare updates and reports for the team.

Compensation

$42,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
