Recruitment Resourcer

Brief

We are looking for a proactive and highly resourceful Recruitment Resourcer to support specialist recruitment teams across candidate identification, talent research and market mapping.

This is a research and sourcing-focused role for someone who enjoys finding hard-to-reach talent, building high-quality candidate pipelines and uncovering market intelligence.

You will work closely with recruitment consultants to understand live requirements and future hiring needs, identify relevant professionals who meet the brief, and provide well-researched talent for consultant-led engagement.

The business focuses on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions through a combination of specialist market knowledge, proactive talent identification, and technology-enabled sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Source relevant and high-quality candidates for priority vacancies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other specialist sourcing platforms.

• Build targeted candidate pipelines and talent pools across agreed markets, locations, sectors and skillsets.

• Conduct proactive talent research and market-mapping projects.

• Identify and research potential candidates for both live vacancies and future recruitment requirements.

• Add relevant candidates to targeted outreach campaigns for consultant follow-up.

• Research target organisations, market activity, hiring trends and relevant contacts where required.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate, company and contact information within the CRM.

• Work closely with recruitment consultants to understand search requirements, priorities and changes in brief.

• Use consultant feedback and recruitment outcomes to continually improve the quality and relevance of candidate identification.

• Support wider recruitment research and delivery projects as required.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment resourcing, talent sourcing, talent research or market mapping.

• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable sourcing platforms.

• Proven experience identifying and researching passive candidates.

• Strong Boolean search and candidate identification skills.

• Experience building talent pools and conducting proactive market research.

• Experience working within specialist, technical, engineering or niche recruitment markets is advantageous.

• Strong written English and communication skills.

• Experience working towards clear targets and deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple searches, projects and changing priorities effectively.

• Flexibility to work shifts according to client requirements and business needs.

• Willingness to adjust working hours where required to support different markets, time zones or client priorities.
