Amazon Marketplace Manager

This role suits someone who has already improved an Amazon business and wants broader ownership inside a consumer brand. You should enjoy making commercial decisions, solving operational problems and following through on the details.

• Full ownership of the Amazon channel — across strategy, operations, growth, and reporting

• Lead catalog and product listing optimization, ensuring brand consistency and SEO best practices

• Manage inventory planning, logistics coordination, and stock health in partnership with Ops

• Oversee and guide Amazon Advertising (PPC) strategy — not necessarily execute, but ensure performance

• Monitor account health, drive review generation, and resolve any compliance or operational issues

• Build internal processes and align with cross-functional teams (Creative, Ops, Finance, Support, Growth)

• Regularly analyze performance data, manage reporting, and provide insights to guide key decisions

• Act as the business owner of the Amazon channel

Requirements

1. Personally managed meaningful parts of an Amazon seller business.

2. Can explain a commercial improvement they drove and their own contribution.

3. Understands how advertising, pricing, fees, inventory and conversion affect profitability.

4. Can coordinate others and follow through without constant chasing.

5. Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, A+ Content, listing SEO, Amazon Advertising and account operations
